How To Track Your Order

If you choose EU, UK UPS Special Delivery or International tracked delivery, you can track your order using the tracking number and the link on your dispatch confirmation email. 

 

When will my order be sent?

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 4pm on the same day.

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time frame, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will inform you of any unexpected delay.

During sales or busy periods delivery may take 3-5 working days.

 

What if I am not home when they deliver?

We recommend you use a delivery address where there will be someone to receive and sign for the delivery. For many of our customers this may be a work address. However, if you are out, the usual procedure is for the delivery service to leave a “We Stopped By” card. You can then collect from a depot or re-arrange delivery for a time that suits you.

Rhapsodie does not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location you deem as a “safe place” such as in the shed, garage or with a neighbour, we cannot accept responsibility, if you fail to receive your parcel.

Import Taxes for orders from outside of the EU or UK

You may have to pay import taxes and/or customs duties. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the international shipment. These charges are separate from your shipping charge and you will be billed directly for them in you home country.

Rhapsodie cannot advise of these charges as they are determined by the courier, taxation laws in your delivery country and other customs charges.

 

DECLARATION OF VALUE AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Due to International laws, Rhapsodie states the full value of your order on the shipping label, minus the shipping charge. We will send an itemised invoice along with your order. These invoices will indicate the name of each product you ordered, the quantity of each item, and the cost.

 

CUSTOMS INFO

Rhapsodie will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery. We request that you contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order. It is important for you to become familiar with Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even returned. Please check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products you are planning to order from us and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.

 

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Not yet. We currently do not provide a click and collect service.

 

CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE PLACED?

Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders. You can return your order once you have received it, please find further details in our Return Section

 

CAN MY PARCEL BE REDIRECTED?

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be available to sign and receive your order. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company with your order directly.

 

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY PARCEL?

For security purposes, all EU and UK UPS Special Delivery orders require a signature. However, orders sent using standard shipping do not require signature.

 

IS VAT APPLIED TO INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

VAT (at 20%) is automatically taken off any orders being delivered outside the EU. This amount has already been deducted from the listed price.
Please note that you will be responsible for all duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination.
