You are welcome to exchange items within 30 days from the day you received the parcel. However, you would be liable for any additional delivery charges incurred in the delivery back to us.

* Note that the handmade nature of each item means that the crafts may differ slightly from the images shown online. No two items are exactly identical. Each purchase is truly unique, and as such, small discrepancies in representation is not considered a defect.
In the unfortunate event that you have received a defective item or wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Service Representative with your reason for return here.

2 year warranty
Every Gold Vermeil and sterling silver piece of Rhapsodie is covered by our two year warranty. Should your jewellery suffer a breakage or tarnishing due to a manufacturing defect, we are committed to ensuring that your piece is replaced, repared or replated at no cost to yourself if returned in under two years of receipt of the product.
To ensure your pieces stay bright and shiny for as long as possible, keep them away from chemicals such as perfume and chlorine, and store them in a cool dry place in an individual pour of box to avoid your jewellery tangling or scratching each other.
