At Rhapsodie, we pride ourselves on handling your orders quickly and efficiently. All your orders are carefully packaged in our Montreal, Canada studio. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Should any unforeseen delays occur, you will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order.

How to Track Your Order
If you select a tracked delivery option, you can track your order using the tracking number provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
Order Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 4 PM on the same day. However, during sales or busy periods, delivery times may be extended to 3-5 working days.

Customs and Import Taxes:
Orders shipped outside of Canada or the USA may incur customs duties or import taxes. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. -
Delivery Instructions:
Rhapsodie is not liable for delivery instructions provided to the courier. If you request a parcel to be left in a “safe place,” we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive it. -
Declaration of Value and Product Description:
Rhapsodie states the full value of your order (minus the shipping charge) on the shipping label as required by international laws. An itemised invoice will be included with your package. -
Customs Information:
We recommend checking the import regulations of your country before placing an order to avoid delays or additional charges.
Missed Deliveries
If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a card with instructions on how to collect your parcel or arrange a redelivery.
Changes or Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we cannot make changes or cancel it. You may return your order upon receipt. Please see our Returns Section for more details.
Can I Pick Up My Order?
Currently, we do not offer a pick-up service.
